At approximately 1.50pm on Tuesday 13th December 2011 an incident of poor driving has been reported to the police, this has occurred at Bray Hill Traffic lights, Douglas. The incident involved a white coloured transit van and a blue coloured Landover Vogue which were waiting at the traffic lights heading in the direction of Willaston from St Ninians High School.
