Police are appealing for information following a theft of a large number of alloy wheels. Investigating Officer Constable Alan Shimmin said, “During the evening of Tuesday 13th December 2011 access was gained to a compound within the Tromode Industrial Estate which resulted in the theft of about 50 alloy wheels. It is understood that these wheels were intended for scrap and could be considered dangerous if used again on other vehicles. I am keen to speak to anyone who may have information regarding this crime.” Constable Shimmin can be contacted at Braddan Police station on 852999 ENDS
