New Year eClub Party Sponsored By Equiom

by isleofman.com 5th January 2012
The Island’s vibrant eGaming networking society, the eClub, will be hosting their next party on Thursday 19 January. The forthcoming event is sponsored by Island-based eGaming services and licensing provider, Equiom. The eClub is a social meeting place for anyone involved with or interested in eGaming on the Isle of Man. The initiative was started by KPMG and Continent 8 Technologies to bring the growing number of people working in this sector together in one place and start building lasting relationships. The party, commencing at 6pm at the Courthouse Club, will feature a Retro theme, with seventies and eighties retro music, classic sweets and retro games. This quarter’s event doubles-up its classic social function with an “ICE-breaker”. Occurring just a few days before the ICE Totally Gaming conference held in London from 24 – 26 January, the eClub party also gives those in the eGaming industry the opportunity to chat informally about ideas and issues surrounding ICE. Equiom’s Assistant Marketing Manager, Caroline Ashley, is eagerly anticipating the event: “The eClub provides those in the eGaming industry, as well as those with an interest in eGaming, the opportunity to network with key operators in the industry and Equiom is glad to be a part of it. We decided on the retro theme, as this follows the theme of our advertising campaign which features retro gaming machines. We hope to see both new and returning faces there for the first big party of the New Year.” For regular updates and to get involved in the eClub, visit www.facebook.com/IsleofManeClub or join the group ‘Isle of Man eClub’ on LinkedIn. -ENDS-
