Equiom To Attend ICE Totally Gaming Expo

by isleofman.com 12th January 2012
Equiom, a leading global corporate service provider will be attending ICE Totally Gaming Expo at Earls Court in London from 24th to 26th January 2012. Billed as the most comprehensive B2B gaming exhibition in the world – ICE Totally Gaming brings together over 400 exhibitors from all sectors of the gaming world. Betting, bingo, casino, lottery, poker, mobile, online and social gaming sectors will all converge at Earls Court for the three day event. Equiom’s aim for the event is to raise awareness of their dedicated e-Gaming team and the corporate and e-Gaming services that they offer. Headquartered on the Isle of Man, with offices in Jersey and Cyprus, Equiom offers a wide range of e-Gaming services, from guiding businesses through the licence application process to tax planning and the management of corporate structures. Barry Smith, Equiom’s Head of e-Gaming, commented on the event: “This is an opportunity for us to exhibit to a truly global audience in this growing sector. Online gaming continues to have enormous potential and the Isle of Man is an excellent jurisdiction for licensing. We strongly believe that both Equiom and the Isle of Man offer gaming operators unique business opportunities. The show also gives our team the chance to meet with many of our existing global e-Gaming clients.” Barry continued: “ICE is the first of a number of events we will be attending in 2012. Plans are already in place to attend the iGaming Asia Congress Macau, the iGaming Super Show in Dublin and EiG in Milan.” Barry will be accompanied at ICE by Kerry Tasker, Team Leader of e-Gaming Services and Rachael Kelly, Senior Business Development Officer at Equiom. The team will be at the Isle of Man Government stand 5530 throughout the show to discuss Equiom’s services with ICE attendees. ICE also provides visitors with a variety of educational activities via a free to attend seminar programme. Factors affecting the industry today will be a hot topic as well as discussions around the future of the industry and the latest technology. An impressive 20,829 gaming professionals attended the 2011 event travelling from over 120 sovereign states – and with positive numbers already signed up for this year – it clearly demonstrates that ICE is definitely the place to do business. -ENDS-
