Wood Wins Charity Card Design Competition

by isleofman.com 16th January 2012
The winner of Crossroads Caring for Carers Charity Christmas Card Design Competition was presented with her first place prize today (Monday 16 January). Eden Wood of Manor Park won the competition with her colourful design of the Three Kings presenting baby Jesus with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh. Eden’s design will be made into the Charity’s Christmas card that will go on general release in October 2012 at Crossroads’ Shops and other local outlets that distribute the Charity’s Christmas cards. The Competition, which opened in November, received a surprising number of entrees, all of which showed great promise for the Charity’s card. As a result, second and third place prizes were awarded with Eve Holder receiving second place and Amber Moore receiving third place for their designs. For more information about Crossroads and/or the Charity’s Christmas Cards, please contact Alex Wilson on 673103.
