Please be aware of the following scam email which has been sent to a number of Manxnet email addresses.

Please note that we will never send an email out asking to you verify or confirm your password in order for you to retain access to an existing service or gain access to an improved or upgraded service.

Under no circumstances should you reply to this email with your account details. If you have any questions or queries regarding this please contact us on 624 624 at any time.

Subject: Dear manx.net internet customers
Sent: 1 Feb 2012 14:11

Dear manx.net internet customers,

This message is from your Internet service provider and maintenance of your email account for all users. We are improving our email database due to Spam activities identified by our Web Server.

You are required to verify your email account by confirming your identification,this will help us secure your account and neutralize all Spam activities identified.

You are required to provide the following information as requested below:
