Treble Star Treatment for Fairbairn Private Bank

by isleofman.com 6th February 2012

For the fourth year running, Fairbairn Private Bank has been granted the maximum ‘Three Star Status’ in the Best Companies business accreditation system.  Out of 1,082 organisations that entered the accreditation, Fairbairn Private Bank became one of only 113 organisations across the entire UK to receive the three star accolade, which reflects extraordinary workplace and workforce support and development.

Greg Horton, managing director of Fairbairn Private Bank, explained: “We are delighted to retain this accolade for a fourth year. The accreditation focuses on workplace engagement and aims to show the level to which employees feel personally involved with their organisation. Given the economic backdrop of the past few years, our working environment has been extraordinarily challenging and this accolade illustrates the commitment and loyalty of our staff who continue to provide exceptional service to our clients.  We appreciate the key role they play in our business success and I am proud of our team’s dedication and outstanding contribution to the company and to the community in which we operate.”

Launched in 2006, the Best Companies Accreditation has been established to acknowledge corporate excellence in the workplace. This elite accreditation takes the format of a Michelin style star system with company performance awarded one star for first class, two stars for outstanding and three stars for extraordinary. The accreditation is based on feedback from the largest employee survey ever undertaken in the UK.

Fairbairn Private Bank, with offices in the Isle of Man, Jersey and London has recently opened a representative office in the UAE.
