Between Wednesday 1st February and Monday 6th February 2012, a large quantity of Farmers “Pig Wire” has been stolen from a field in the area of Dalby. This wire is described as being in 5 rolls of 1 Metre high by 50 metres in length.

Peel Police are asking members of the public, and particularly the farming community if anyone has any knowledge or if they are offered this wire then they are asked to contact PC 65 Brammall or any other Peel Police officer, on 842208

Police are appealing for witnesses to an incident of criminal damage to a Car.
 
Sometime between 5pm on Tuesday 7th January and the following afternoon, a yellow coloured Fiat has suffered several separate scratches to the paintwork and also a substantial dent to the passenger door. The vehicle was parked in the Car Parking bays adjoining the old Saddle Mews Nursing home at the time.
 
PC Damien Cullivan from Douglas Police Station who is investigating the incident said: ‘It appears this has been a targeted attack on the vehicle due to the damage being in a number of different areas on the vehicle. We urge anyone who may have any information about the incident or who may been in the area and witnessed any suspicious activity, to contact the police to help with the enquiries.’
 
People are also reminded to remain vigilant and report any occurrences of damage and disorder.

Anyone with information regarding this incident can contact Constable Cullivan, at Lord Street Police Station or any other Police Officer.
