Police in Peel report that sometime between about 12.30pm on Saturday 18th and 07.45am on Monday 20th February 2012 a burglary occurred at ‘Macs Builders Merchants’ on Mill Road, Peel. During the burglary a quantity of rolls of roofing lead were taken. The lead is in rolls, 2ft and 18’ wide. Also taken were a quantity of power tools including a distinctive green and black coloured Hitachi ‘Li-lon’ 18V combi-drill / driver. Anyone with information is urged to contact PC Mark KERRUISH at Peel Police Station on 842208.
