Police in Douglas are investigating an incident which occurred in the Co-Op Store, Duke Street, Douglas at about 2.30pm on Thursday 23rd of February 2012.
At this time a male customer, described as approximately 6feet tall, medium build wearing blue denim jeans, a blue zip up jacket and wearing a black woollen beanie type hat was verbally abusive to a member of staff in the premises. The male was also described as being unshaven.
There were a number of other customers in the store at the time and Police would ask that if anyone has any information in respect of the matter or the identity of the male that they contact Police Headquarters or any Police Officer.

The Southern Neighbourhood Policing Team are investigating a disturbance that occurred in the early evening on Saturday 25th February 2012, in Cobbold Place, Clagh Vane Estate, Ballasalla, involving five or six people, where a male sustained facial injuries requiring hospital treatment.
Cobbold Place is a lane off the main road through Clagh Vane which leads to Ballasalla Primary School.
It is believed that the offenders and the victim were known to each other.
It is known that there were a number of people in the area at the time using the local shop and fast food take away and the Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident and may be able to assist them in their investigation of this matter.
