Films in Peel

Films in Peel will be screening BAFTA winning spy thriller Tinker tailor Solider Spy (cert 15) on Wednesday 14th March at the Centenary Centre in Peel.  The film starts at 7.45pm and doors open at 7pm.

This British made movie is based on the well known spy-catcher novel by John Le Carre. It stars many leading British actors, including Gary Oldman (Oscar and BAFTA  nominee for his role as George Smiley), Colin Firth, John Hurt, Mark Strong, Ciaran Hinds and Benedict Cumberbatch. Set in Cold War Britain, espionage veteran George Smiley is forced from semi-retirement to uncover a Soviet agent within MI6. The hunt for the mole is gripping. Runtime is 127 minutes.

Tickets on sale at Celtic Gold in Peel at ?4 (?3 conc) or available on the door. Reservation tickets with a seat guarantee are available from Shakti Man (Ramsey), Mostly Manx (Douglas) and Thompson Travel (Port Erin).  Bar and refreshments from 7pm.
