Quinn Legal makes Two New Appointments

by isleofman.com 29th March 2012

Leading Manx law firm Quinn Legal has announced two key appointments to its new specialist team.

Sarah Tomlinson, who recently joined the firm now based in Ridgeway Street, Douglas, will head up the newly formed matrimonial and family team. Sarah qualified in 2006 and moved to Quinn Legal after being offered this exciting new post. She has a wealth of experience in this particular field, and is well known for her no-nonsense but practical approach.

Commenting on her appointment, James Quinn, Senior Partner, said, “We are delighted to welcome Sarah to our team.  She is widely recognised as a real force to be reckoned with in the matrimonial and family arena.  At Quinn Legal, we’re keen to build our reputation as a leading Manx law firm and the appointment of Sarah will undoubtedly help us to achieve this goal.  I’m really looking forward to working with her in developing this important area of the practice.”

Sarah Quirk successfully qualified as a Manx Advocate in January after undertaking all her training with Quinn Legal.  She will now assume the role of Associate Advocate within the matrimonial and family team, working alongside Sarah Tomlinson and other team members.

Partner Chris Webb comments, “Over the last few years, Sarah has shown that she has the right skill set and personality to really shine in the matrimonial field.  I have no doubt that she will make a name for herself in this area of practice and I am proud to welcome her as part of the team.”
