Ramsey Town Commissioners wish to advise visitors to the Mooragh Park that owing to the end of the current tenancy agreement the Lakeside Centre cafe is temporarily closed. The Commissioners are currently drawing up a shortlist of applications from interested parties and would hope that a new tenant will be secured by the May bank holiday weekend, May 5 – 7.

In the meantime the Commissioners have arranged for vending machines to be located outside the Lakeside Centre and in the adjacent covered area. The machines will sell confectionery and drinks, including high-glucose/isotonic products.

There will also be a mobile catering service selling hot drinks and snacks and confectionery at selected hours over the Easter weekend and each weekend in the run-up to the May bank holiday, subject to weather conditions.

Additionally Davisons will be selling ice creams from a mobile unit in the park from Easter through to the May bank holiday, while the Boathouse Cafe will be operating normally, selling hot and cold snacks and drinks.
