Isle of Man Constabulary Notices

At 4.00pm yesterday, Friday 20th April 2012 Officers from the Isle of Man Constabulary, Pro Active Team arrested two males for serious drug related offences in the area of the car park at Lord Street Bus Station, Douglas.
 
One male is from Douglas and the other male from Liverpool. A vehicle was also seized by the Officers.
 
With the assistance of Police Drugs Detection Dog Alfie, Cannabis with a street value of over ?123,000 has been seized.
 
Police confirm that the two males arrested yesterday were a 43 year old Male from Douglas and a 39 year old male from Liverpool. They have both been Charged with a number of offences under the Misuse of Drugs Act and will appear before the Court on Monday.

Peel Police are investigating damage that took place to the exterior lamp of a house in Church lane, Peel.  During this incident, a lamp situated next to the front door was smashed completely from the properties wall.
 
It is believed that the damage in question took place between the hours of 7.00pm and 10.30pm on Friday 20th April 2012.
 
Police are anxious to hear from anybody who may have seen any person(s) acting suspiciously in the area during these hours and are keen to speak to anyone who may be able to help them with their enquires.
 
Anyone who may have information that can assist the Police enquiries is asked to contact Peel Police Station on 842208.
