Request for information in relation an alleged assault in the Woodbourne Road area

Please see the following request for information from the Isle of Man Constabulary:

On Friday 20th April 2012 at around 10:45pm a young female was walking from the Tuck Inn Takeaway on Lower Dukes Road up onto Woodbourne Road. At this time a young white male, 18-19 years of age who had short blonde hair and was wearing a light coloured hooded top was in the area. Words were exchanged between the two persons and in the area of Africa House, Woodbourne Road an altercation has taken place during which the male has grabbed the female causing her to panic and flee the scene.
 
Constable Damon Carberry, of the Central Neighbourhood Policing Team would like to speak to anyone who may be able to assist in identifying the unknown male or have any information which could help in the ongoing investigation of this matter.
