The Isle of Man College of Further and Higher Education has just finished presenting their 100th Cisco Networking Academy class since joining the Cisco Networking Academy programme in 2003.
The dozen part-time students from the class received certificates for the IT Essentials course which they have been studying since last September, and many of the group intend to start the CCNA Networking course starting next September.
Many students who have studied Cisco courses at the College have gone on to have successful careers with Internet providers, banks, and IT companies on the island. The College provides the training in fully equipped labs and the professional exams from Cisco, Microsoft, and many others can be taken in our dedicated Prometric and Pearson Vue test centre.
The College Cisco Academy Manager, Ian Radcliffe, wished the students well in their future careers and said he was pleased that the Isle of Man College of Further and Higher Education is able to provide IT professionals with the opportunity to gain internationally recognised qualifications on the island.
