Strontium, one of the Island’s leading providers of Board Advisory and Non Executive Director Services, has appointed former Manx Telecom Managing Director Chris Hall as a director.
After a successful career in global telecommunications, Chris moved to the Island in 1997 and was appointed as Managing Director of Manx Telecom in 1999. Under his leadership the company established a strong reputation for innovation and delivering industry leading levels of customer service. In April 2011 Chris stepped up to become non-executive Deputy Chairman at Manx Telecom and since then he has started his own company, Can Do Consulting, has made several angel investments and has joined the boards of SiRRAN, a niche global telecoms service provider, and APP55, an innovative e-commerce payments company, and his roles with these companies will continue.
Strontium was founded in 2011 by Duncan Donald, Phil Games, Paul Hotchkiss and Jerry Linehan with the objective of bringing together all the skills required to provide independent advice and support on all aspects of a business to ensure its future success. In particular, Strontium specialise in advising businesses on obtaining the necessary licences and on providing top quality independent corporate directors or non-executive directors, each of whom are highly experienced and well respected professionals in their own fields with extensive experience of strategy development and corporate governance and who also benefit from having ready access to the expertise and advice of the other Strontium directors.
