Big Brill Breakfasts to bring in funds for charity

by isleofman.com 21st May 2012

Crossroads Care will be serving breakfasts to raise funds for the charity from their premises at Masham Court during TT fortnight.

The charity’s chef will be serving plated breakfasts and breakfast baps filled with locally sourced produce including sausages, bacon, eggs and mushrooms daily from 7.00am – 10.00am.

Masham Court will be open to all but especially to provide bikers with a hearty meal they can enjoy in warm, comfortable surroundings before a days racing.

Breakfasts can be enjoyed in Masham Court in comfort or can be served to take out. Crossroads also welcome orders from surrounding businesses.

As well as breakfasts, hot and cold drinks and other snacks will be available, televisions will show the previous days racing and electric points will be available in return for a small donation.

Alex Wilson, Crossroads Care Fundraising Coordinator, said: “Masham Court is ideally located next to the TT Grandstand, behind the Police Station. It provides bikers with shelter and homely surroundings where they can enjoy a homemade hearty breakfast. We would also ask surrounding businesses to think of us on the Friday morning bap run during this period as every penny raised goes to the charity”.

Tuck in to help charity, visit Masham Court, Victoria Avenue, Douglas (behind the Police Station) from Monday 28 May – Friday 8 June 2012, 7am – 10am for your breakfast.
