Unprovoked assault in the area of Derby Road, Peel
Peel Police are investigating an unprovoked assault that occurred in the area of Derby Road, Peel, at approximately 8:45pm on Monday 28th May 2012.
Police Officers are appealing for witnesses to the assault, the male victim received hospital treatment for facial injuries suffered during the incident. He is now back at home.
Police wish to locate a male who is believed to have split up the fight at the bus stop. This male has been described as being in his 50’s, average build, balding on top with grey coloured hair. He was wearing a black T shirt at the time.
Any person who may have seen this male or witnessed the assault is asked to contact PC David Hall at Peel Police Station.
Criminal damage in the area of Mona Street, Peel
Peel Police are investigating an act of criminal damage that occurred in the area of Mona Street, Peel, between 7:30pm Friday 25th May 2012 and 12pm Saturday 26th May 2012.
Police Officers are appealing for witnesses to the damage caused to the Maroon coloured Renault Scenic, five door, people carrier style car. The damaged was to the front nearside wing mirror. The wing mirror had been broken off and left hanging by its wires.
A commotion was heard in the street at approximately 1:10am Saturday 26th June 2012; the Police would like to speak to people in the area at this time.
Any person who may have seen anything suspicious during this period or witnessed the damage being done is asked to contact PC David Hall at Peel Police Station.
Incident in Regent Street, Douglas
Police are appealing for witnesses to a fight between three males, that occurred in Regent Street, Douglas. The incident happened at 12:15am on Wednesday 30th May 2012.
PC Damien Cullivan from Douglas Police Station who is investigating the incident said: ‘We would urge anyone who may have witnessed any part of the incident, to contact the police to help with the enquiries. The incident would have been apparent to any passers by in the area at the time due to the nature of the incident’
People are also reminded to remain vigilant and report any occurrences of disorder.
