A former fundraising group has reorganised under the new title 'Fundraising Manx Animals.' This is to allow them to help any Manx animal charity in need of money for special projects etc. To launch the new group they are inviting all charities to take a stall at their first event under the new banner, giving others a chance to raise money and promote their own charities.
The inaugural event will be the popular Family Fun Day and Biggest Bargain Boot Sale and BBQ, kindly hosted once again by Andrew Clague at The Fun Farm, Onchan. This will be on Saturday 16th June from 11am- 4pm. Anyone wishing to book a pitch is asked to contact R. Scott at 822143 or e-mail lairdscott@manx.net. Do you have a car you want to sell? Bring it along. There will be a designated area for private 'For Sale' cars. Pitches and cars will cost ?10 (?20 for trade stalls.)
To fill the void left when the TT is over, why not go along on the 16th and bag a bargain while the kids safely enjoy the fun rides.
