Crash Test Tim, the anonymous online help and advice service for young people on the Isle of Man has launched a new video series focusing on ‘Legal Highs’.
In response to the increased use and availability of “Legal Highs’ brought about by the profile and popularity of Mephedrone, Crash Test Tim aims to highlight the alternative legal highs people get their kicks from.
The video series showcases well-known local personalities discussing their alternative ‘Legal Highs’ and how to get involved.
The first video launched at a recent showing at the Youth Centre in Peel showcases Adventurous Experience’s Keirron Tastagh coasteering and kayaking around the Isle of Man. Keirron was interviewed about his passion for adventure sports which provides the soundtrack to the action footage of Keirron and his team enjoying their open water adventure playground.
There are three more videos in the series featuring Olympic snowboarder Zoe Gillings, World Enduro Champion David Knight and online freerunning sensation Will Sutton. To see these videos as they are released follow Crash Test Tim on Facebook at www.facebook.com/crashtestim.
Crash Test Tim is an anonymous online service for Isle of Man residents offering help and advice on drugs, alcohol, sex and health. As well as having information, articles, links and useful contacts on the site, Crash Test Tim gives people the opportunity to ask questions direct to ‘Tim’ with responses posted in the ‘Help and Advice’ section.
