Police are appealing for witnesses that may have seen a male acting suspiciously in the area of Derby Square Lane, Douglas at about 8.30am Wednesday 13th June 2012.  The male is described as 6’0, slim build, olive complexion, around 30 years old wearing a grey flat cap and dark jacket.
