Appleby (Isle of Man) LLC is pleased to announce the promotion of three key members of its legal team. In the firm’s Corporate & Commercial practice Camilla Neal has been promoted to Senior Associate, whilst John Turner has been promoted to Associate Level 2.

Camilla specialises in banking and finance transactions, including property acquisition, aircraft and ship finance matters. She has particular experience in providing opinions on Isle of Man companies, dealing with cross-border security and insolvency issues and providing advice on all aspects of Isle of Man ship and aircraft finance and registration. She trained with Appleby and qualified as an Isle of Man advocate in 2006.

John joined Appleby in January 2008 as an associate in the property department and specialises in Manx and UK commercial and residential property transactions.

Appleby is also pleased to congratulate Hollie Ranscombe on her promotion to Associate after she was called to the Manx Bar earlier this year.  Hollie joined the Private Client & Trusts department as a trainee in 2009. She assists and advises on wills, enduring powers of attorney, mental health receivership, estate administration and planning.

Sean Dowling, Managing Partner of Appleby Isle of Man commented: “These are well deserved promotions and I would like to congratulate each of them on their achievements,” he continued “This is the culmination of a lot of hard work and their individual success will undoubtedly strengthen our position as one of the leading legal and fiduciary providers on the Isle of Man.”

The announcement follows a number of recent appointments and promotions by Appleby (Isle of Man) LLC including the arrival of Mark Holligon as Partner in Appleby’s Litigation and Insolvency Practice in the Isle of Man, and the promotion of Caren Hyde and Robyn Wood as Counsel to the firm.
