Simon Wadham and Dave McCarthy, Head Chefs of the Rivington Grill and Scotts respectively, will be working wonders with fish and seafood with two days of live cookery demonstrations.

Marcus Verberne of London’s Borough Market Roast will recreate some deliciously British dishes using fish and Queenies, along with Pascal Proyart of One-O-One, one of the most highly acclaimed fish restaurants in London who will bring some French flare to his queenie dishes.
