Sometime between 09.00 and 10.00am on Tuesday 26th June 2012 a Silver Toyota Avensis estate motor car was parked in the first lane of short stay allocated parking spaces directly in front of Shoprite Food Store Bowring Road Ramsey.

During this time, the passenger side rear panel has been struck by an orange coloured vehicle police are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen the incident and can assist them with their enquiries.
