On Saturday 7th July the Manx Youth Band and Manx Concert Brass will be holding a fund raising Flag day in Regent Street/Strand Street from 10.30 till 4pm.
The Band will have collecting buckets, CDs for sale and hopefully playing some interactive games with the public.
The Band will also be playing a selection of music between throughout day.
All funds raised will be going to the organisation as they continue to raise money towards the ?350,000 needed to complete the purchase of our new home, the Jimmy Crosbie Memorial Bandroom. Funds raised to date in the last two years currently stand at ?301,500.
