Peel Police are appealing for witnesses after a motor vehicle was damaged whilst parked unattended in Athol Place, Peel.

A red coloured Toyota Yaris motor vehicle was parked outside a local Flower Shop in Athol Place between 8pm on Friday 6th July and 5 am on Saturday 7th July 2012. Between these times the front windscreen wipers of the vehicle were snapped off in a mindless act of vandalism.

The Western Neighbourhood Policing Team are investigating the theft of a pair of Draper fencing pliers with a blue handle, a pair of Ritchey Castration pliers in chrome, a tin of blue sheep marker paint and also a tin of red sheep marker paint from a farm upon the Poortown Road, St Johns.

It is believed that these items were taken between 5.30pm and 9.05pm on Wednesday 4th July 2012.

Anyone who may have information that can assist the Police enquiries is asked to contact Peel Police Station on 842208.

Peel Police are investigating damage that took place to potted plants at Peel Campsite.

It is believed that the damage in question took place between the hours of 6.30pm on Friday 6th July and 7.30am on Saturday 7th July 2012.

Police are anxious to hear from anybody who may have seen any person(s) acting suspiciously in the area during these hours and are keen to speak to anyone who may be able to help them with their enquires.

Anyone who may have information that can assist the Police enquiries is asked to contact Peel Police Station on 842208.
