Consultation response published on company residence for Income Tax purposes

The Income Tax Division of the Isle of Man Treasury has today published a document setting out the feedback received on the consultation “Company Residence for Income Tax Purposes”, which ran from 3 April 2012 until 14 May 2012.

The response document is available on the Income Tax Division website at:
http://www.gov.im/treasury/incometax/ConsultationDetail.gov?id=314

Alternatively, a paper copy can be obtained from the Division or by contacting General Enquiries on 685400.
