Douglas Mayor has officially launched Mann Sightseeing Tours, a new business offering open-top bus tours of Douglas. Accompanied by the Mayoress, Mrs Sylvia Ashford, he met with the proprietor Steve Dugdale and Mr Dugdale’s five-year-old son Bailey, joining them and other passengers, including a number of fellow councillors, on a short tour which departed from Noble’s Park.
