“This is a fantastic sheltered housing scheme by Marashen Crescent Housing Committee. Excellent modern design set in a bright and airy environment providing good quality accommodation for those over retirement age. Marashen Crescent are still pioneers, incorporating a communal biomass boiler, which uses sustainable wood chip source from the Island as fuel, to provide heat to all of the properties. Well done to all those involved and I wish all the residents well in their new homes”.
