Steam Packet Company and Sefton Group repeat joint offer

by isleofman.com 7th September 2012

The Sefton Group and Isle of Man Steam Packet Company are repeating a special offer aimed at attracting short-break visitors to the Island.

Following the success of a similar offer last year, the companies are once again joining forces to offer an exclusive holiday package.

The package, which started on 1st September 2012 and runs until 25th March 2013, offers visitors the opportunity to book a return foot passenger sea crossing with two nights’ bed and breakfast accommodation and a three-course carvery evening meal at the Best Western Palace Hotel & Casino for just ?115 per person.

The package has been promoted through an advertising campaign in North West England, featuring in the Liverpool Echo and Liverpool Evening Post from mid-August to early September.

Sefton Group Director of Hotels and Leisure Adrian Brockhouse commented: ‘Collaborating with the Steam Packet Company in the past has proven to be a great success, not just for us, but for the Island and tourism in general. We were delighted with the results of last year’s offer, and hope that this deal will be equally well received.

‘There are many local events and activities taking place during the offer period, including exhibitions, concerts, theatrical shows, and events such as the inaugural Manx Litfest, the Isle of Man Food and Drink Festival and Rally Isle of Man. The beautiful scenery here also means it’s a walkers’ paradise whatever the time of year.’

To book, call Steam Packet Holidays on 01624 645777.
