Due to an increased demand for places on their training courses Expol Limited are now announcing 2 more dates in 2013 for their highly popular Internet Investigation sessions. Further courses are now scheduled for the 29th January/1st February 2013 and 5/6th March 2013.
Expol Limited is a company of Forensic and Civil Investigators led by former senior police detectives, David Bell and Robert Kinrade and are based at 17 Drinkwater Street, Douglas. Their company and its expansion has been reported recently in the local business media.
Rob Kinrade, Director at Expol Limited said, 'I am delighted with the interest we have received in our courses and bookings have been very swift, so much so that we have had to allocate dates through to Easter next year to cope with the number of registrations. We have also had enquiries from organisations asking us to provide training courses just for their staff. This is financially advantageous to companies in terms of future planning whilst complying with their obligations in such austere times.
'Our vision of providing an in depth, challenging training course in an exclusive environment such as the Regency Hotel also appeals to prospective delegates, many of whom have commented to me how much they are looking forward to joining us. I am sure they wont be disappointed'.
Expol have just released details of another course aimed at improving the interviewing skills of HR and Personnel Managers when dealing with staff and issues in the workplace. Mr Kinrade continued, 'Working environment problems and dealing with grievances are now commonplace and having the confidence to effectively interview staff subject of allegations is not easy. Our 2 day course is aimed at giving the Staff Director, the HR Manager, the Supevisor or the Team Leader the ability to deal with any occurences or grievances more effectively. It will display best practice when returning to implement workplace policies and provide the necessary basics to deal with problematic or confrontational situations. A combination of theory and practical interview exercises will provide for an interesting 2 days'.
In a busy run in to Christmas, Expol have arranged an afternoon's presentation to the Island's Advocates by one of the United Kingdom's leading Forensic Biologists, Sue Carney. Mr Kinrade said, 'Sue is no stranger to the Isle of Man Courts as she was a member of the Forensic Science Service for many years before leaving and creating her own consultancy and training business. A specialist in DNA profiling, blood and and body fluids, Sue will be speaking to an audience at the Regency Hotel for the afternoon of Tuesday 15th November 2012 and explaining all the complexities of DNA profiling evidence. DNA appears as evidence in many Criminal Court cases and the opportunity for Advocates to attend this presentation from such an eminent speaker is quite unique'.
