Moore Stephens Isle of Man, leading providers of multi-sector accountancy, consultancy and wealth management services is pleased to announce exam success for five members of its managerial team.

Over the past five months, managers and supervisors in the audit, compliance, marketing and trust departments completed management and leadership courses run by the Institute of Leadership and Management (“ILM”) with training company, TLC. The courses are designed to create and develop an understanding of management roles and a wide range of skills that can enable team leaders to empower their teams.

“Passing both Level 2 and 3 ILM courses is a great achievement and shows dedication to complete the assignments and examinations on top of an already busy workload,” said Dawn Webb, partner of Moore Stephens Isle of Man, “Sharing best practice for management across four different departments is important for the firm’s future and as part of our status as Investors in People, developing and encouraging continual learning. I am proud to be working with such dedicated and driven individuals.”

Andrew Dixon and Jenny Gilmour; managers for audit and assurance, Charlotte Easton; marketing supervisor, and Joyce Fayle; manager for the trust department, all passed their Level 2 examinations, while Dani Kelly; head of compliance, passed her Level 3 examination.

“The training methods I have recently learnt have had a great impact on me,” said Dani Kelly, speaking on behalf of the successful students, “I know that my colleagues have benefited from this as much as I have and that we’re all determined to be good leaders.”
