Fedelta Pensions Limited has appointed Chantal Pallot as a Client Accountant to replace Mary Evans-Smith who has recently retired.
Mary has been with Fedelta Pensions since July 2001 and felt it was time to retire and pursue other interests. Managing Director, Nigel Callin, spoke highly of Mary, saying “Mary has provided us with excellent work and dedication over the years and she fully deserves the benefits that come with retirement and we wish her well.”
Nigel continued “Mary gave us lots of advance warning, so we were fortunate that she was able to work alongside Chantal for a few months and pass over her client knowledge, which has assisted with a smooth transition. Chantal has already shown us that she is more than capable and is settling in very well, we are delighted to welcome her aboard.”
Chantal moved from Jersey to the Isle of Man in 2008 and has over 20 years’ experience working in offshore finance, initially working for global banking organisations in the areas of securities and unit trusts, and more recently in accountancy practice and fund administration. Chantal is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting.
Chantal said “I am really pleased to have joined the team at Fedelta. We manage around 300 bespoke pension schemes with wide investment powers creating a variety of constantly changing investments to account for; I therefore have a feeling I am going to be busy!”
When time allows, Chantal enjoys yoga and getting out into the Manx countryside to go walking and mountain biking.
