Global Fiduciary Services Provider The ILS Group Limited is expanding its growing services offering in the Isle of Man through the establishment of a specialist services team and the appointment of two experienced company and trust professionals.
The Group, which is headquartered in Douglas, but has offices in nine other locations around the world, has appointed Graham Clague as Client Portfolio Manager of Specialist Services and Hannah Warby as Senior Company and Trust Administrator.
The new Specialist Services Team will be responsible for providing high level fiduciary support and managing the requirements of ILS’s e-Commerce, e-Gaming, Yachting, Aviation and Trust clients.

Graham has more than 10 years experience in the fiduciary services sector with well established international fiduciary service providers, latterly specialising in the superyacht industry. Graham, who graduated from Oxford Brookes University with an honours degree in Real Estate Management, is a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and has served as a director of the Society’s Isle of Man Branch.

Hannah is also a fully qualified member of STEP and brings to ILS a wealth of experience, having previously worked for two local fiduciary service providers with responsibility for administering complex portfolios of trusts and companies.
Hannah said: “I am excited to be joining the team at ILS. As an established international fiduciary services provider with a diverse range of clients, I hope to bring the experience and knowledge gained during my career so far to develop relationships with both new and existing clients and to add to the expertise of The ILS Group as a leading fiduciary services provider.”
