Microgaming sponsors Marown Badminton Club

Microgaming, the world’s largest provider of online gaming software, is delighted to announce that it will be sponsoring Marown Badminton Club for the forthcoming season.

Microgaming’s sponsorship will assist the club with the purchase of new equipment, hire of sports halls and coaching for the younger members. The club comprises of over 30 players, aged between 11 and 50, and train on Monday and Thursday evenings.

Marown Badminton Club had an extremely successful 2011/12 season, with the A Team coming second in the Men’s, Ladies and Mixed Leagues.

Chairman of Microgaming Marown Badminton Club, Roy Corlett comments: “I am delighted that Microgaming has come on board to sponsor our 2012/13 season. Microgaming is an ideal sponsor and a very fitting choice for our club. Our club relies heavily on teamwork, thus Microgaming’s philosophy ‘together we are the game’ is a perfect reflection of our clubs spirit and ethos”.

The Isle of Man Badminton 2012/13 League commences October 8th, and Microgaming Marown Badminton Club will be entering several teams in various leagues.
