The Association of Corporate Service Providers’ November seminar will see Greg Davies, head of behaviourial finance and investment philosophy at Barclays, London deliver a presentation on the topic: ‘Behaviouralising Finance – using emotional insurance to improve investment performance.’
From his London base Mr Davies, an associate Fellow at Oxford University’s Said Business School, leads a global team of behavioural and quantitative finance specialists and is responsible for the design and worldwide implementation of Barclays’ investment philosophy. His first book, Behavioural Investment Management, was published in January this year.
Sponsored by Barclays the seminar, on Thursday November 29, will be at the Upper Hall, Loch Promenade Church, Douglas with registration from 12noon for a 12.30pm prompt start. Subject to questions and contributions from the audience the event is expected to finish around 1.30pm.
