At around 4.30pm on Sunday 4th November 2012 a silver vehicle travelling down Victoria Avenue, Onchan has been struck by a black coloured Mercedes travelling up the road causing damage to the paint work. The black Mercedes has then left the area without stopping. Police would like to speak to the driver of the Black Mercedes or any witnesses who may have been in the area at the time.
