Between Thursday 1st November and Friday 2nd November 2012 a small number of sheep have been stolen from a field in the Dogmills area in Bride. If any person has seen or heard anything about this crime please contact PC Adam Hawkes at Ramsey Police Station on 812234 or telephone 631212 for any information regarding this incident.

Sgt Andy Kneen from Ramsey Police speaking of the incident said:

“This is the 2nd occasion in recent months that sheep have been stolen from fields in the north of the Island. I would ask that farmers and landholders report any suspicious activity in or around their properties. It is suspected that this offence occurred in the hours of darkness. I wish to take this opportunity to ask stockholders to review how their livestock is marked and consider varying the times that they visit their animals”
