Police appeal after vehicle hits gate post

Constable Gill Young from Western  Neighbourhood Policing Team is investigating a hit and run Road Traffic Collision that occurred at 22.20 hrs on Wednesday 14th November 2012 near to the junction of Ellerslie Road and Glen Darragh Road, Marown.
 
The vehicle concerned is believed to be a silver coloured Ford C-MAX which will have sustained substantial impact damage after hitting a hitting a gate post.
 
Police are eager to trace the driver of the vehicle and would like to speak to anybody that has information regarding this incident.
