Appleby Aviation is pleased to announce that it will attend the Middle East Business Aviation (“MEBA”) Conference from the 11 to 13 December 2012 in Dubai. Isle of Man Office Managing Partner, Sean Dowling and Director of Operations, Brian Johnson will attend the event as part of the Isle of Man delegation on the Isle of Man Aviation Services stand 100.

MEBA is firmly established as a key event in the business aviation calendar attracting 7,000 visitors and VIP guests from around the world. High-net-worth individuals, government representatives, corporate decisions makers and buyers will gather to peruse over 300 exhibit stands and some 60 business aircraft on display in the shows static area.

Speaking ahead of the event Brian commented: “Against the global backdrop of economic turmoil, the Middle East remains a strong market for aviation. In fact Bombardier’s latest market forecast report predicts up to 1,995 business jet to be delivered in the region between 2012 and 2031.”

He continued, “MEBA offers a perfect opportunity for the Isle of Man to capitalise on this growth and demonstrate its expertise in a highly focused environment.  We are pleased to be working together with the Department of Economic Development to promote the Island as a centre of aviation excellence.”
