Police are continuing to make enquiries following the burglary at Foxdale Filling Station in the early hours of Tuesday 13th November 2012. After forcing their way in through a window, the offender surprisingly failed to steal anything and made good their escape.
Detective Constable Alan Shimmin, who is co-ordinating the investigation said; “ This is a case we are keen to solve, but we will need some help from the public to do so. If people could cast their minds back to the night in question, if they were in the area perhaps driving through in the small hours, I’d be really grateful if they could give me a call. Even the most insignificant piece of information might help the investigation.”
DC Shimmin can be contacted on 631212.
