That's the reaction of a group of year 13 students to proposals for a universal charge of ?2,500 for all those going to higher education.
Plans to make all Isle of Man students pay towards university education courses will be debated in Tynwald later this month, with means-tested contributions on a rising scale for those whose parents have an income of ?80,000 or more.
It's the first time Island students have been asked to make a contribution towards their university fees . .. but government says paying all the course costs for Manx students is a luxury we can no longer afford.
