Crawley the star as Town hit seven

by isleofman.com 1st December 2012

Alex Crawley was the hero as Castletown gained revenge on Ramsey to move further clear of the Canada Life Premier League drop zone.

He hit a hat-trick as Town, stormed to a 7-0 win at Ballacloan – just a week after Ramsey had won at Castletown Stadium.

Ashley Sansbury, Jack Charmer, Max Perry and Ashley Southern grabbed the others on a fine day for Town.

Ramsey, who would have moved out of the drop zone at Town’s expense with a win, remain in trouble.

Corinthians edged an exciting game at Ballafletcher.

Danny McMahon, Jamie Stoy and an own goal ensured they won 3-2 in the battle of the mid-table sides.

Michael Nash and Steven Quine, from the penalty spot, replied for the Millers.

Rushen hit bottom club Marown for seven at Croit Lowey.

Mike Williams was the star of the show with four.

Danny Oates, Aaron Hawley and a Steve Riding penalty completed a 7-1 win at Croit Lowey.

Kevin Druggan notched the consolation for the bottom side.
