Wind farm consultation moves to Douglas

Celtic Array is hosting its second public consultation today (Saturday) for the proposed Rhiannon wind farm.

Today's question and answer session is at the Manx Museum in Douglas.

The Rhiannon wind farm is one stage of a larger three stage project in the Irish Sea.

There are fears from government that wind farms in the Irish Sea could affect the nation's shipping routes - something that Laura Jeffs, head of development at Celtic Array, says they are taking into account:

Today's consultation is being held at the Museum from 10am-5pm.
