Due to good progress on the demolition work of the Mannin Hotel, Douglas, the Department is pleased to announce that the road closure in Lower Broadway, will be lifted 1 week early at 6pm on Saturday 3rd November.
For the next phase of the work, expected to last 12 months, the road will be open as usual but with narrower traffic lanes and there will be footway provision on both sides.
The Developer, Mannin Investments Ltd and the Contractor, Manx Demolition Ltd would like to thank the public for their patience so far and apologise for any inconvenience caused to the public during these works.
