Karran Retires from IOM Sport

Geoff Karran has retired from Isle of Man Sport after 16 years.

He has been Executive Chairman for the past 10 years and led the Organising Committee of last year's Commonwealth Youth Games.

His contribution to sport and charitable causes has been acknowledged with an MBE and Freeman of the Borough of Douglas.

Also stepping down from the Isle of Man Sport committee are Sharon Sutton and Neil MacGregor due to work commitments.
