A full audience at the 2012 ICSA Annual Dinner, this year again sponsored by RBS International, and held at the Mount Murray Hotel & Country Club, Santon raised over £1,850 from the Charity Raffle on the night, to be split between Hospice Isle of Man and Cruse Bereavement Care.
The evening, which began with a Pre-Dinner Drinks Reception sponsored by Appleby, was compered by Ron Berry, and included DED member (and Chartered Secretary) Alan Crowe MLC and Treasury Chief Financial Officer Mark Shimmin presenting prizes and awards to students and an after-dinner appearance by TT favourite Guy Martin.
Bill Shimmins, Isle of Man Director, RBS International: ‘We were again delighted to have the opportunity to support this highlight event in the ICSA calendar, reinforcing our commitment to the Island and its professions, and we were equally delighted to help raise money for Isle of Man charities.
’
Grace Hibbert, ICSA Isle of Man Vice Chair, ‘We were greatly encouraged to again receive key support from RBS International for the dinner. We were pleased that our principal guests DED member Alan Crowe MLC and Treasury Chief Financial Officer Mark Shimmin, Guy Martin and Ron Berry were able to join us to participate and help make the evening such a success. We are also indebted to everyone who supported the evening and the charity raffle.’
