Walney barge in Douglas Bay

A barge used for work on the Walney wind farm project is in Douglas Bay this weekend.

The Excalibur jack-up barge, run by SeaCor, arrived earlier this morning (Fri)

The 4000 ton general purpose barge is used on work for windfarm developments and in the oil supply industry.

The barge is sheltering in the bay over the weekend whilst she has a crew change and is due to leave on Monday.
