Two more defendants have been acquitted of election fraud.
Today's (Tuesday) ruling means only two of the initial seven charged remain on trial.
It was ruled earlier that Geoffrey Callister of Port Erin and Catherine Liggins of Onchan had 'no case to answer' and were discharged after four weeks of prosecution evidence.
On the eve of the case, Charles 'Buster' Lewin of Braddan admitted three counts of election fraud.
He will be sentenced at the conclusion of the trial which resume at Douglas Courthouse at 10am tomorrow (Wednesday).
